It was amazing! I loved every bite and I will sure ask Mum for some more green beans!
Here's what you need (for 2 persons):
- 3 handful green beans (cooked and cooled)
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- some feta cheese (crumbled)
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- coarse sea salt
- fresh basil or parsley, chives (whatever herbs you have)
Cut the beans in bite-sized pieces, half the cherry tomatoes and assemble on 2 plates. Add the crumbled some feta cheese and season with salt, pepper, fresh herbs. Drizzle with some olive oil and vinegar. Serve on room temperature and enjoy!!
