Here's what you need (for two ice cream lovers):
- 2 small very ripe bananas
- 1 cup frozen cherries pitted
- 4 tbsp (soy) yogurt
- Optional: 1 tbsp lemon juice
Cut the peeled bananas in slices and freeze them for at least one hour (just put them in a plastic bag, but make sure the slices freeze individually, not touching each other). Pit your cherries and freeze too. When your fruits are frozen, place them with the yogurt in a food processor and pulse until you have a smooth consistency. If you like, add 1 tbsp lemon juice and enjoy!!
